Black ek hatch, dumped, si front lip, black wheels with a chrome lip and what appeared to be CTR Style Headlights on Shore drive. Saw twice (i was the four door ek)

judging by the one i see in the little picture you have grease monkey i think it was you. you were coming out right by the shopping center with the food lion in it.

saw a DC teg like a tanish green color, ITR front end, polished rims, slightly lowerd, loud ass exhaust. If im wroung about any of these mods i apologize not much of a teg person and didnt get a real good look. going towards the midtown at around 12:30
