I go with an aftermarket piston over a stock honda one.

Some 11.5s or 12.0 compression wiseco's or cp's?

what blox cams ?
Intake manifold?

any machine work? stock bore?

go with a s2 composite rail, and imanifold. Also if you decide to use higher compression pistons, get the kind with heat dissipation coating on the tops like the stock honda pistons have, also use stock honda rings. With more aggressive cams you really dont need all the added fuel shit. If youre not boosting the only thing I can think that would require that is an itb setup. head studs and mains, for an n/a car? even forged rods arent necessary(theyre actually heavier then stock, duh). focus on keeping the air and fuel cool, and igniting it properly and it'll do fine. Greddy makes a nice 4-2-1 single piece stainless header for the price.

ok so im gonna go all motor and here what i was gonna do.

ctr pistons
- For a budget build, I'd look at some RS Machines pistons, I'd be looking for 11.5:1 or so. They're very in-expensive if you know where to look.

eagle h rods
- Again, it's a budget build. Probe I-beams can be had as cheaply as anything. They have ARP fasteners, and are plenty strong. They're also I-beam, which provides some performance enhancements, and they're actually lighter than stock.

supertech duel valve springs, retainers, valves, and valve guides
- This is a good idea. PM me for some details on what you need to do though.

blox cams
- Run what you want

benen fuel rail
- I doubt you'll need a fuel rail, save the money, spend it elsewhere.

rc 310cc injectors
- Extra credit points for you. You knew approximately the correct size injector for the power you're making.

skunk2 adj cam gears
- There are less expensive options just as good. Don't waste money.....

arp head and main bolts
- Studs is the term you're looking for. Bolts don't provide anywhere near the same clamping load at the same torque specs generally... That's a very good idea.

honda s200
- Hondata is nice. Depends on the tuner. There are less expensive options, just as good. But you need to find a tuner willing to tune it. Neptune, I saw mentioned here the other day. Matt Shue up in Richmond prefers it. It has more resolution even than Hondata. That will run you a $100 one time fee, plus tuning costs.... Hondata may cost more, but you'll find more tuners using it. Before you just go get a tuning system, talk to the tuner you want to tune your car!

header undecided
-1 5/8 Primaries, 4-1 design, with a Merge collector. That's what you're looking for. Expect to spend that money you save elsewhere here!

anything else?
-Intake. You're looking to street drive this, and looking at that valvetrain, 9K is about it. Try a Skunk2 Pro, or Edelbrock Performer-X, or something similar. You'll get better power in the mid-range. A larger throttle body wouldn't hurt either, and it will provide better throttle response. You'll want to have the crank micro-polished, and if you still have money left, there are a number of performance coatings that will enhance your power somewhat.

B16b pistons in a gsr will make your compression ratio 13 something...

like around 12.40:1 but im gonna gap the head to bring it to 11 sumthing.
but thanks for you info ive already got a first gen skunk2 intake mani.
aem v2 intake, and an itr header.
and i had already planned to take it to shue ive already ordered my ctr pistons so can get nething else but i know a few people who did the same thing and they work well

stay away from CTR, they are stupidly designed. RS are good, or topline also

eagle h rods

Use stock Wtih ARPs for about $160 total for parts/labor. or Eagle rods for $300

yeah, good brand, let me know when you're ready to order, I'll take care of you

blox cams
- Run what you want
use cheap parts 3 times over then eventually buy good parts the 4th time. or buy the good part the first time and save lots of money. Your choice

benen fuel rail
- I doubt you'll need a fuel rail, save the money, spend it elsewhere.
exactly correct, my 260whp+ uses a stock rail...

rc 310cc injectors
- Extra credit points for you. You knew approximately the correct size injector for the power you're making.
I'd actually use 440s which wont be TOO much for now, but be enough for later when you continue to add little stuff later. the difference in a 310 and a 440 is negligible for tuning on a smaller motor

skunk2 adj cam gears
- There are less expensive options just as good. Don't waste money.....
These are good cam gears.

arp head and main bolts
- Studs is the term you're looking for. Bolts don't provide anywhere near the same clamping load at the same torque specs generally... That's a very good idea.
dont waste money on main studs, they're not necessary. ARP, AEBS, or Golden Eagle head studs ONLY. dont use anything else.

honda s200

Hondata no longer sells s200, get the s300. trust me, i spent years with the s200 system. but s300 is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much better.

Header undecided

SMSP, Hytech, Rage, DTR/SSR. dont skimp here, this is easy/reliable power

you will need a tb, i reccomend 68mm, but make sure you have your Intake manifold opened up to that diameter, otherwise, its pointless to have a bigger TB.

anyone have any other idea's keep in mind im on a budget.
im looking for 215hp
215 is a pretty tough number to get keeping a gsr crank, non ported head, cheaper header, full exhaust, small bore, cheap cams, no TB. be happy to break 200 honestly
