Just remember that America is not at war... the Army, Marines, Air Force, and Navy are at war.
I love you and you know it lol but in my opinion being pro life has nothing to do with the war. And im pretty sure when he said he was supporting the war he didnt mean all of the killings and deaths but he ment the purpose of the war.

well im not him so I couldnt tell you what hes supporting, but I do think that if the main reason for this war was strictly oil we were more then capable of just taking it and it wouldnt be lasting this long. That wasnt the point of my post at all though my point was being pro-life has nothing to do with war its not even refering to the same topic.

The point is that it doesn't matter why we're there anymore. We're there. That's the bottom line! People are dying on both sides! We're too deep in this war to turn around and walk out. If we do that, the next war will be on OUR soil! Does anyone want that?
You don't have to agree with the war, or support it, but you should show support for your troops because they're over there putting their lives on the line while we argue about it online.

Exactly. Once you're in it, you're in it. It's not a matter of pride, by any means. The rest of the world is watching us and I really think our future is going to depend on the outcome. No one really wins a war IMO, but nothing good will come out of admitting defeat and giving up.
For the record, I'm enlisting in the Army either late 2008 or early 2009. I just need to try and get back into shape before I go through with it.
