check plugs, check compression, make sure everything is connected, and make sure you have the right fuel pressure and spark while cranking

 

i had the same problem with my integra. come to find out i needed a new distributor. you might wanna get that checked out too.

make sure all tour plugs are connected in the right place, check your grounds, specially the one on the thermostat housing, did you remove the dead plug in the driver side with all the yellow wires. and last but not least check the fuel relay close to the interior fuse box, and also recheck your fuses one by one.
