Your just as stupid as I am if you think its something you let happen. Anyone lets it happen as soon as they start drinking. I was irresponsible and now I am paying the consequences. It seems people think that because I am trying to find information on lawyers that I somehow don't comprehend what I did was wrong or that I all I care about is getting out of it. Well I'm sure the vast majority you have had moving violations before and all you wanted to do was to have it go away. Those laws were put into effect to protect your lives and those around you and you disobeyed them. No different here. It would be truly stupid if I were to just go in and pull my pants down and accept the ass raping I am going to get without trying to limit it as much as possible. I see nothing wrong with trying to find a way to make this as easy on me as possible legally. If you think that is wrong, well then I really have no argument, only to say that if one of you were put in my shoes I would never believe that you wouldn't be doing the same.
