Where should I take my car for a good Tunning???

I just finished my project and want to know about a good place where I could take my car for a good tunning. Can some one help me with this.. I live in MD so I would like something close...

i have a buddy shorty in hagerstown with a shop 1320 motoring he does alot of high end stuff check him out he'll do it
