Silver WRX on portsmouth blvd, had exhaust looked like stock height maybe rear lip? around 3pm or so

Yesterday around 2 - 3ish, spotted a Lotus Exige going down Portsmouth Blvd. around the Chesapeake Sq. area.

 

about half an hour ago, on my way back from suffolk to home in NN, had a newer black civic si rev at me on jefferson ave, then pace me like i was going to run (i was a little under an influence so fuck all that shit) but decided to follow me on to harpersville, and when i ran 3rd out, he turned around and left.
