thanks 83 stang i hav eonly had one bad trader notification and it was that i forgot to bring a bracket for an ls head which costs like 10 bucks instead i gave the guy a stage 2 clutch and he wrote me up even after he had been happy at the time

 

For the record once I got the engine I set it in the garage and waited until my wife said she was ready to have someone come to our house into our garage and work on my son's car. We use to enjoy watching him work on cars very very much.

This has not been easy for her, and just bringing someone home to work on my son's car quickly was not going to happen.

I have not threatened you one bit, I have told you I expect you to be a man and rectify this situation. BUT, do not and I repeat do not question me or my family on anything we have done or a "time frame" that you would of liked to see.

your full of BULLSHIT . if you got enough balls to hand someone 1400 for a poor mans type r then you got enough knowledge about honda to tell if a sohc engine is seized or not . you just dont give someone you dont know 1400 with a bill of sale or not for something your not even sure could be a poor mans type r unless you know your parts and motors and could vouch at point of sale it was good and parts for a poor man type r . not only that but i dont know anyone that would buy a poor mans type r without opening it up to see internals.most people for this build would want a compression check and so ... . so im taking it you know your shit when it comes to a built honda motor . a poor mans type r is many diff parts from diff honda/acura motors. not just anyone especailly on this site will jsut take someone word for it non the less .
not only that but who leaves a 1400 dollars motor laying around for someone to steall it not like they stole your car and strip it that isnt preventable to and extent . but a motor stored away is harder to steal and is preventable from being stolen . so either a this is all bull shit or b your a jackass told someone where this motor was stored at and what it had . so im glad someone did steal it because your an idiot for either letting it lay around unsecure or your a dumbass for telling people waht you had and where it was . so either way your a dumbass.

doesnt matter if he takes 4 months or six . statue of limitation allows him to sue you up to one year from the date to go after you if he wants to before the judge will not let him for him to reconcile what is rightfully his . hes just got to prove that you said it was a working good motor . which i think hand said he had lots of pm of.
