I mean how often do you hear about some horrible story where the cause of anything really dangerous happening to a car resulted from having stretched tires?

 

Best I can figure this mentality mostly stems from not understanding it.

 

Exactly. I doubt he's trying to start an argument. He's probably just curious because the bead of the tire seems like it'd be under a lot more stress on a stretched tire than a non-stretched tire.

 

I don't feel any less comfortable driving on my stretched tires than ''normal'' ones.
but then again, I like vip style, so it's dumb and my car is broken obviously

 

It's all a matter of opinion. People that don't like it are obviously gonna make that known when they see a car that, quite frankly, looks weird. A car like that GS with that much camber is a bit much for me and I'm a pretty open minded dude.

 

My car is currently sitting on my tires. I need to have my fenders rolled.

The front is fine because of no motor but the rears won't even roll. I hate 16s with big tires.
