8" wide wheel +12 is pretty low. for VW's at least, remember, you can always run spacers

and if they are 15's or 16's i believe falken makes tires all the way down to 175, so that would be plenty of stretch

I dont do spacers. I dont trust them, and I'd rather just buy a wheel that fits right to begin with.

The most stretch I will do is a 195 on an 8" wide, and even then I wont tell you fuckers in this thread about it
