Does anybody know who owns a blue SRT-4 with Maryland plates lowered on black wheels with chrome lips?

Saw him on 64w near Indian River, then again on First Colonial.. We met up at Bap Geon and got a few runs in after we left... Nice ride, sounds sick when the wastegate opens and it definitely moves...

It was def Silvia head lights, the jdm Integra lights are more square. It had the squinty angry look. Younger guy with curly brown hair
