Default Modify New Post Query?

Is there a quick way to modify the "New Post" query button to exclude any of the classified section threads? Ever since that section was overhauled I get a shit ton of threads when I go to look at new post, anyone wanting to buy spends there time in there so there is no need for all of us to see it when we want to see the new post.

I know it would depend on if the majority of people wanted it that way, I think alot of people would though.

Patrons have the option of excluding certain forums from the get new post link.
