Vents air from the underside of the car. Instead of getting kept up in the bumper, it's alloud to vent out.

i like the car. i dont hate the rear as much as most, but it would look better stock. i dont like the fender sticker though. but overall i likes, and welcome.

it came about in the late 90s..early 00s
they were called difuzers
supposed to let the air from under the car that gets trapped inside the rear bumper out..
imagine the rear bumper acting like a parachute...it was thought to quicken ets...i dont know if it does..
but i think it looks more silly than functional...
