So you are against the war on drugs? You think it cost pointless lives? The cops could of slaughtered him for shooting one of there own, but they did not. War on drugs isn't a war on weed, its a war on all drugs including weed, there are more drug related homocides then any other reason, id say its a worthy cause.
I am sorry but if police are surrounding my house and then my door bust open, i am going to think its the cops, not drug dealers?
He does seem remourseful, i hope that he doesn't get off (and he won't) but maybe not capital murder, maybe a reduced charge such as voluntary manslaughter or something like that.

Whether it's literal or figurative, there is no reason to declar ware on non-violent crimes. There is no reason to use tactics reserved for terrorists and hard criminals. To have individuals' lives wasted in an overzealous state where a simple possession of can lead to a felony... that is wrong.
It is wrong that a police officer had to die.

Marijuana takes up 4/5ths of the drugs on the street/users, leaving 1/5th for crack, heroin, meth, PCP, shrooms, extacy, ect.
So you don't think legalizing Marijuana would drop the murder/crime rate significantly along with allowing hemp to help the economy. Win/Win situation if you ask me.

Well at that point, he was probably in the same mind frame I would of been. I hurt/kill them or they hurt/kill me? (If he HONESTLY didn't know it was the police, but if I knew it was the cops and shot anyways... well then thats where you fucked up)
