I see a few cars from Jen's cruise going up 17 earlier. Then seen BCISME on 64 in Norfolk around 5 oclock. I hung out the window and gave him a funny look, and he gave me a ricer fly by.

I was irritated because i went to get over to the HOV lane and when i looked to my left you were hanging out the passenger side of a scion at 80 mph, blocking the lane.

I see the same one almost every morning on independence.

And my bad about blocking the lane, haha. 1- I wasn't driving, two, you didn't have your turn signal on when we pulled up next to you, so we had no idea you were planning to go 3 lanes over to the HOV.

I do that sometimes on Ft. Eustis. The people on that road coming from Jefferson are idiots when people try to merge off the interstate.

I just get over and try to get out of the way as fast as possible.
