rom editor

where can i get a copy of rom editor v4 for hondata...

Note: i dont want to tune any cars with it anytime soon hell maybe never, i just want to load it on my computer and open it up and look at it,play,figure out

thanks for the help but i tried that. for some reason its not working. it wont let me download the program.

I can download it just fine. Try a different computer or clear your cookies or something.

i just figure it out matter fact my antivirus says its blocking it.. I guess it thinks its a virus.
