OBD1 to OBD2 swap
Need to know what all needs to be changed on my new obd1 d15b to make it work in my 96 civic with the y8 and use my p2p ecu?

The vtecs need to be converted.

He's just being a smart ass. Just use your Y8 Distributor, everything else will be fine.
You may have to notch out your distributor to make the bolts all line up correctly.

So i can use my stock harness and obd2 ecu jus by switching dizzys

Yes, you can because it is Hydraulic. It's pretty much a direct drop in.
