saw a clean white EG hatch on Oceana blvd today around 2. think it had gold rims with polished lip, and JDM rear spoiler

Saw a black evo on the highway with black wheels. It passed by as I was standing out side of my car while the state trooper had me pulled over.

Exhaust and too low.

Didnt spot shit but would like to add :

Why are all the 240's that are getting spotted look the same?

Ie : two different sets of wheels, wrecked up, primered front ends, etc.

saw a 99ish Red Prelude with Greece tags on the blvd. Car was really clean, lowered, rims...nice, but the exhaust gets negative points.
