-Ok, I went to the sportsplex and conversed with them for a good hour explaining the event and answering all of their questions. Good news is there are no events scheduled for the 7th This is now a possibility as well. 2 HUGE lots.

-Both Redwing and Sportsplex are said to contact me tomorrow morning with a decision/fees involved.

-The amphitheater refered me to someone who will be in the office tomorrow. no concerts or shows scheduled for the 7th.

-Another option is also in the works. I'll post that as soon as i can get it squared away.

-The lot by trashmore (for those who are about to make recommendations) holds 300 max. That is if there are NO OTHER vehicles in the lot.

-There WILL be a final decision for the meet by monday morning.

damn i really hope everything gets worked out. there are threads on ALOT of other forums about this meet. more ppl are coming than we probably know about. id hate for us to get dicked out of this thing by the city

 

Tomorrow is the all holy e-mail from parks and rec reguarding redwing and the complex.

I have found a lot that supports 500 people. is completely paved and has free admission in the winter untill april 1. Changes will be made as soon as the email is recieved.
