I'm also more than willing to throw down some $ to make this happen. I'm sure most everyone is, but let's hope for the best as far as free goes.

I recieved and E-mail from the sportsplex. The lady i spoke with is also a member of parks and rec. She said there will be a few fees. She also mentioned that the whole management of parks and rec is being changed over and will be completely new by april. This is the reasoning behind having new people contacting me.

Next years event will be taken care of at the end of this summer and will be set in stone by january 20th. This is word from the new members of parks and rec. The permit can be submited on the first working day of the new year and all fees will be explained in plenty of time. No more of this last minute garbage.
