OP, i do see where your coming from because i would be upset too..no he hasnt lied to me, spencer has gained my trust through multiple transactions and GREAT deals...I have NEVER had a problem with him....he is actually a nice guy....turstworthy IMO too....

i agree about the money thing, which i have already discussed with him....and he IS DOING the right thing, which is GETTING the money back to the OP...i told him i didnt agree with him spending some of the OPs money before transaction was done, but all he can do is give the money back....which he is in the process of now...
