can you drive home after your license gets suspended at court?
ive been to court where the judge allowed the person to drive home after court even though his license was getting suspended, but this was in caroline county...so im not sure if this is the same for all counties or is it just up to the judge or whatever.
does anyone know how this works for spotsylvania county?

If they suspend your license why would they let you drive..............But maybe in caroline county since there is only one traffic light and tractors don't go very fast
I would say that it doesnt matter. The judge isnt going to be patroling the streets looking for you and it doesnt register with the dmv instantly so i would think that even if you did get pulled over driving home that the most you would get would be driving without proper ID or whatever they wana call it. Thats if they do actually physicly take your license.
but also im with joooowan. just say fuck it and do it anyway. Ive dont that shit a couple times along with driving to the DMV to reinstate my license that was suspended. Hell I even rode my bike to the DMV to get my motorcycle license.

I'd drive home... Carefully... At or below the legal limit, and obey all traffic laws... Otherwise, if your luck is like mine...
