I mean i understand A SC is belt driven and is good for low-mid rpms so its almost always in use, and obviously the turbo off exhaust and depending on turbo size will depend on when that kicks in. I just dont see too much of a difference unless he stays out of boost. And not knowing the sentra motor all that well i doubt he wants High rpm power. But who knows he hasnt come back on to tell us.

This whole thread has mostly been a discussion about Turbo VS SC. And if the OP doesnt like it im sure he would say something since he did say he was 50/50 and wasnt sure.

So OP i guess if you would like any info regarding Turbo Vs SC make another thread

Ps Junon, your a loser also

Oh ok well that sounds more like the D-Series fault more than the SC besides the belt of course. I mean if it were a B-Series it would have probably been better obviously.

Both wear on the car, bottom line. Wearing on the car, generally equals a reduced lifespan of the drivetrain components.

Turbo:
More parts, hands down
Oil cooled (with optional water) = hotter under hood temperatures.

SC:
Constant boost, constant drivetrain strain.
Less parts
Belt changing

If the car is a DD.. I would not recommend forced induction period unless you plan on some late nights of fixes just to get to work the next day.
