the tires are done they need to be replaced and yes i will go lower pm me you price,and yes they will fit your civic..

also i have a set of stelies ill thro in with the wheel if i trade for another set of oem wheel or aftermarket nothing bigger than 17 pleas and id like to have 15's or 16's
