also fyi the chipset fan started to rattle so i pulled it out. You can replace it with a roughly $10 replacement. Its common for the chipset fan to go out on these boards. They even made a google video for the replacement. i can replace it if you want but I'll want full asking price.

I went ahead and ordered the fan. I'll let everyone know when I receive it and its installed.
