Saw a ek hatch round 11:45am on jeff davis from the exit ramp off 288 to hardees. Car was primered white/grey with the blue showing through round the edges. I think it was a girl driving it. Car ran like shit. It was backfiring a ton of black smoke and even the occasional fire ball.
