Cali is just a different scene than east coast stuff. Typical east coast cars are more functional, whereas Cali cars go for looks. Their laws are so strict on engine work that they end up trying to look pretty. That's why you'll see some sick cars out there with stock exhaust hanging out the back.
It's kind of like a government regulated VW mentality. There's no real point in trying to make them faster.
haha there are plenty of cars that are fast..that doesnt make any sense at all..its all preference..some fools are into looks, some are into racing...just like anywhere else they have cars. The laws are tight but when has that ever stopped anyone from doing anything?
