Well, I'd rather go looking as best as possible. I'm obviously guilty. I Got caught..haha.

ok, so thats pretty much exactally what i told him to wear, a button up shirt. obviously it would have to have a collar in order to wear a tie, and black dress pants look the most classy, as opposed to khaki or pea green.

a light grey or purple collared long sleeve button up, black dress slacks, and a tie that semi matches the shirt.

black shoes, black belt, black socks.

although if you want to go a different route, belt matches the shoes, socks match the pants.

btw. wear plain white underwear, plain white socks, and a plain white t-shirt underneath of your dress clothes

No, a long-sleeved t-shirt is not the same as a collared shirt. How am I to know to assume from tie that you intended that there be a collar? You're recommending that he wear black pants, so I'm forced to assume you know nothing about how to dress properly. And now a light gray or purple shirt? You aren't going clubbing for Pete's sake.

Actually I would not say anything. That is what my attorney would be for. I know I never admit guilt to anyone tho. Even if it does sound like complete bullshit

True, and from my personal experience allowing the cop to lie first about what happened will give you ample time to think of an excuse for why you did/or didn't do something, you don't have to prove you are innocent, the cop has to prove you are guilty, and if the cop says some something that is 100% BS, then you are in the clear

But who do you think the judge is going to believe? A law enforcer or a law breaker?
