I remember back at my old apartment complex people use to park in my private space all the time and i would have them towed. Every car that was towed had a picture taken of it with a polaroid camera.

 

my next door afghan neighbors who drives 4 civics and 3 taxis not only take up their 2 assigned parking spots, but also permanently parks 3 cars in the visitor parking next to them, and when they feel the need, park in my spots, i've had to call the towing company one time on their ass and he backed his car out as soon as the towtruck turned onto my street.

i'd say they were not here fast enough when i called them, i dont know who it was, i think our HOA uses henry's, i dont think anyone in my neighborhood has ever been towed.

not even motherfuckers parked 2ft within an intersection and 20inches off the curb.
