I think he's saying, that if someone is stuck with a giftcard and needs cash for something else...he'll buy them.

Could be for less though, but it would be cash for something else you may need rather than want.

 

Exactly. I dont know how many times I get stuck with a gift card to say Target for $50 but I could really use the $50 for something else. Ill sell it for 40-45 just to get the cash.

Im buying a tv for my sons room but im in no rush to get it. If I can buy some gift cards to equal the value of my tv and save $10 then its money saved to me as well as it will most likely help someone else out by taking a giftcard off there hands and giving them cash that they can spend anywhere. Either way im not stressing over it but would rather check and see if I could possibly save a little cash.
