I didn't understand it either. He had California plates for the first few months. Maybe he simply read the description when he signed the lease and said "oooo, luxury apartments."
I'll say this for Steeplechase. The maintenance crew is friggin awesome. That and you can rent a garage (he didn't) and it has a car wash area, and they don't bug me when I'm working on my car in the parking lot.
I pass that guy every morning infront of Rita's Ice stand on Monticello around 7:45 in the morning, badass ride.
i think i should take a trip down there one morning ... well i wont go out of my way to see it but if i happen to be up and bored I might have to take a morning cruise.
