I tried the vacuum...made a rig where it fit pretty far in the pipe and had enough suction...still couldn't get hold of the bolt. I've done everything besides take the entire exhaust off.
What type of SV? What did you like more about it more than the gixxer?
V Twins can be a whole hell of alot of fun in their own right. It is just something about the gobs of torque. I almost got one for my second bike, but didn't. I still might get one later on down the road but in a 1000 cc
I usually just put a jack on the rear shock and pray the jack doesnt fail while I do what I do haha. Ill probably just have a shop do it(any reccomendations?) as I dont have the know how as far as measuring/cutting the new chain.
Hopefully the next time I ride it will be painted and done with all the routine maintenance for the time being.
DUDE, we can do it at my house if you wanna save some green... i dont have that many tools, but i do have a rear stand... Unless you're gonna replace the chain it should be simple.
