That's the page to get the product number (CP0021BL/WH). It's the sixth group (or bike) from the top.

You'll have to drill holes in the fairings, but if you do it right, the slider will cover the hole completely.

I'm pretty sure you have to order over the phone.

I think I may have told you this already a little while back. If so, oops! :-P
