I want performance... something that's fun to take on a trip to the Dragon or the Skyline etc. The MB isn't available w/ a stick and it's 4300lbs. Plus parts/maintenance is probably more than the Viper.

I have drove a few vipers, That is one of last cars i would want to dd. Never drove a base c6 but i have drove a procharged c6z06, all i can say is about it is wow. You know coming from a mustang guy that is hard to say! I would have no problem daily driving that car

I'd buy the C6 over the Viper, a black one too. I've never seen a Viper with an aggressive stance or nice fitting wheels. The c6 looks like a better platform to mess with.
