I'm pretty new to 2 wheels, and I just got a 09 r1. Yes I know that It is a lot of bike, espically for a basically new rider. But I wanted to see if anyone has the new r1 and what they think about it.

Also, that bike only goes as fast as your hand makes it. Be careful.

 

ride within your limits.

Get gear.

ride proactive, not reactive.

Get some frame sliders, you might(will)drop at some point...even if it is at a stop.
