energy suspension bushing kits.
I'm VERY unbiased when it comes to suspension because I usually don't try to follow the Honda trends.
My hatchback(92 Civic with 150,000 miles) had factory bushings in it. It felt ok.
I lowered it on Tokico Illuminas and Ground Controls. Skunk2 upper control arms(cambe kits). and used their bushings from that.
I had brand new Honda ball-joints and brand new Trailing arm bushings from Honda.
Every other bushing was Energy Suspension. Control arms. steering rack. rear control arms.
Basically, control arms and steering rack.
I daily'd the car and loved them. I had personally had zero squeeks but others complain of them. I got them to send me a couple extra tubes of the lube they supply and I coated them crazy-like.
It stiffened it up ALOT. A great upgrade if you feel yours are batter'd. They are cheap so if you don't like them, sell them.
IMO, don't get the whole kit. Basically, my camber kits came with new bushings. I like Honda trailing arm bushings because they rotate and I didn't want snap oversteer(e.g. E.S.'s are solid poly for my model). My struts came with new bushings for the top hats.
I'd also like to add I had their sway bar bushings and mounting bushings.
I may end up using them in the front of my R. Everything else is gonna be new from the supplier that makes the rear control arms/struts and I'm undecided on sway bar bushings right now.
