I already forgot what was on page 4 for the most part but how did I make it anti street racing? I don't care if you or anyone else street races.
I don't.
Good for me. I'm not waving around a sign with "keep it at the track!" or something. Obviously I'm a car enthusiast. Last I checked this was an enthusiast community.
This thread did get ghey but I mean, I can't say I didn't expect it. For a community with 38 thousand members it's ridiculous how little people actually post because of shit like this.
Hi psi, I get what you're saying but I disagree that street racing is no more dangerous than anything else. And while I agree that people do ridiculous things while driving everyday (multiple times) I personally still believe that when you increase speed by 20+ miles over the speed limit that it only adds to the possibility of something bad happening. That is just common sense. I'd say the same to anyone who cruised on a highway at 95mph instead of 70mph. I'm not saying I am innocent of making dumb decisions while driving and I don't think that anybody can really say they are. That being said, I do go out of my way to drive safely. I've slipped but we all have, right? And no, the video wasn't pitched to me in any way. I found it while looking up videos on streetfire.net and it was a subtle reinforcement to me as to why it's important to minimize risk while driving. Whether that be not speeding, paying attention, not racing, etc.
Audi avatar guy who's letters and number evade me, Cool. I understand that you are baffled as to how I might associate the video with racing. Good for you.
Moving right along...
Carwhor, I agree. Regardless of who associates what to what with this video I think the execution was fantastic because at some point I think everyone has been in a similar situation to one of the situations in the clip but with less chaotic consequences.
I don't.
