Because it was modded, the Warranty is now Void. If you do send it in for repair they will give you the unit back unfixed and banned from Xbox Live use.

 

who cares about the warrenty, even if you did send it back. they would still send you back a shit xbox that they recycled. you can find people on craigslist that can fix the RROD instead of gay ass microsoft.

but like i said. this xbox is only a MONTH old and only played TWICE because i have no time.
nothing wrong with it or YOUR MONEY BACK, still have the original box too.

No, Daft Punk is correct, if you send a 360 in with a voided warranty they won't touch it. They will send it back to you and you will be paying for the shipping charges, and your unit still won't be fixed.
