All cars seem to run better after a wash. Sorry, but people's perception about how well their car is running is extremely subjective and is subject to all kinds of interfering "noise" (weather, humidity, ambient pressure, traffic, etc.) that make subjective judgements extremely unreliable. All the objective data says that gasoline from the same area and time of year is the same from all the brands, except for very minor differences in the additive packages which can't possibly affect the day-to-day running of the car. Those are the facts.
Disagree. When I run Wawa in the vette, I could tell. (I don't use them any more)

I run whatever's closest to me when I need gas in all of my vehicles. Regular in the truck and premium in the Z06, never notice any kind of difference in performance ever.
I stated my numbers were from a scangauge and actual math, read.

+1 for Wawa sucking

You can believe what you want, but I'm an analyst for a local Petroleum company and I know what goes in all of the tanks around here

Wow, really?

Follow a fuel truck sometime.

You'll be surprised when you see a truck leave BP and stop at Exxon.

I just use Shell 93 in the S2000. I have a Shell card, and I'm lazy. Pay at the pump FTW!

You can say all you'd like about what what you think you know, but what occurs when I actually do it says otherwise. So I'm going to go with what happens when I test the theory. Wawa sucks, Exxon is good, Shell is good, Liberty sucked, Pilot sucked, and I avoid Citgo because of that Venezuelan bastard Chavez.

I would go to BJs now but they don't have 89 on their pumps (just 87 and 93 - weird).
