Anyways, anyone know of some cheap housing in the Fredericksburg area right now? My lease is up on the 31st, and I am NOT trying to live out of the Subaru for a couple of days.

 

im moving out of my room that i rent in downtown fred.... $550 for everything.

its gunna be like 3 weeks tho.

 

Is it an actual apartment, a studio, or what? That's damned affordable man.

 

I'm looking for something 2 or 3 bedroom for myself, just incase this townhouse falls thru for next month.

 

its an 3 level 3 bedroom home. fenced in back yard, my room is upstairs, roomate downstairs, my room has 2 closets, one is huge... upstairs has the full bath, downstairs is half bath.

i havent told her im moving out yet, but if your intrested i will deff. run it by her. saves me time as well.

 

the house right next door to where im living is for rent to pick... $1100 house is identical to mine.

$1100 is more than i can afford right now looking at $800 & below w/ no roommates.

Yeah i'm tempted to look on their tonight. Been looking around town but nothing i really want to move into lol. Timber Ridge at least is a townhouse which is str8 for a 2 bedroom.
