Wheel opinion needed (again)
Advans or RPF1s.
If you go used, your options are much bigger. Those Regas would look good. The LMs would look good, but they don't look great on an S2000 unless they're 18". Pretty much any wheel with a stepped lip needs to be 18" to look ideal on an S2000. One piece wheels look too big if they're 18", especially if their spokes go all the way to the lips (like mine).

I'm not Flite, but here's my take:
If you're going to get wheels that look sort of like LMs, you might as well get the LMs.
But you already knew that would be my take.

1) I know I'm almost completely alone with this opinion, but VSXXs are one of my least favorite common wheels for an S2000. To me, that's the most generic looking wheel Work makes. It looks like a bad knockoff of some other wheel or like a wheel that was designed in 1985 (Could be for all I know). They're too feminine looking. I think it has something to do with a mesh design without a stepped lip. It just looks... dainty. That's personal preference though, some people drool over VSXXs.
2) That's really bad sizing. My guess would be that someone bought those to clear some sort of gargantuan big brake kit. Even though the fronts are more narrow, they're lower offset than the rears so you'll end up with front wheels that poke more than rears (A no-no for me), and the same lip/face front and rear. If those were sized 18x9 +40 and 18x8+40, they'd work better.
I like LM's better than the Works, but the Works are for sale used, and in really good shape. All the LM's I find are not in the greatest shape, and most places are asking about $120 each wheel to polish the lips, redo the centers, and straighten any bends. I'd rather find a nice set, and powder coat the centers to whatever color I want, since I have a pretty good hook up on getting stuff coated.
Two things:

There's a set of 18s up there too:

18X8/9 +35/+40
~1475 shipped
I personally think Minervas would look amazing on a S2000 (granted I'm thinking of ones with bigger lips):

Those need to be refinished, but they're fucking STUPID cheap.
18X8/9 +49
~655 shipped
A more expensive set of LMs:

18X8/9 +40
~2025 shipped
Let me know if you are interested in any of the wheels I'm posting.
