Recovered Super Charger
Why are you upset, its not like he went to MIT he went in for criminal justice how the hell is he suppose to know what motor that goes to, 90% of automotive people probably won't be able to tell you what it goes to just looking at it.
I don't understand where you are coming from. How are the police suppose to know who owns a randomly found piece of hardware? Not that I know much about said supercharger. Does it have a VIN stamped on it or perhaps a business card attached to it like one would do with some luggage?
LOL... so is this why stolen stuff never gets returned??
I bet all 6 of my head units, 2 ipods, and 3 GPS units are sitting in some fairfucks county storage room even though i've filed full police reports for everything.
this goddamn county is so beyond retarded I can't even comprehend it.

. Look for real, only so many cops (yes I believe too many cops) to get the job done and most of them are out doing the job they have been assigned to do. This officer was nice enough to come on here and let us know what they have, its not some chump change $130 GPS but something that actually has a value to it.
I never thought I would be defending the police. First off how are they suppose to know its yours? its not their responsibility to hunt you down. You filied the police report, they put it into the computer and then who knows what happened? The cops have better things to do, like give out speeding tickets and ignore illegally parked BMWs infront of the mall and look the other way when the gang members are selling drugs or my favorite waiting until the guy hands his wife a beat down before walking up to the domestic. Maybe picking up the phone and making a call with the serial number to your device would help? I bet you that they aren't sitting in some storage room, but gracing the interior of some persons car who bought them at an auction
