New paint on the 500R. Opinions? Suggestions?
Here's what she looked like before:

New shots:

I did this in the same manner that I did the cowl before. Just spray paint and wet sanding. I think it came out rather well IMO. Only problem I had was that I was impatient with the front fender and it didn't dry completely before I started to install it. So the paint was soft and tore off/peeled, as acrylic does when it's not dry, during install. The paint I used is Dupli-Color Truck/SUV Paint "Victory Red".
I also have the Pyramid Plastics Mid-Panels but to put those on I'd have to take off the front fairing again, no thanks. They're for sale anyway.
The tires are 120 60 17 / 150 60 17, it's an RK XW-Ring chain in Gold. The Cowl is by ZeroAffiliation. It has some scratches now since I dropped it while cleaning the garage.

Haha, thanks man. I was about to
It took some time, I had originally started painting it light blue (metallic) for the GF but she told me it didn't matter what color it was. I figured that the tank was shiny red and I have a matching red, just make the damn thing red.

I think if you wanted a red bike you should have bought mine and I could upgrade
Looks good man. I should be having things settle down soon enough so if you want to work on that VFR I *should* be available next weekend.
