Default bass fishing...

I've been going fishing just about every day for the past couple months now. Anyone else on here share my addiction? I figgured we could share fishing info about good ponds or places on the river that are local. Or types of tackle you use vs what others like or whatever.

Recentlly ive been doing most of my fishing at a couple ponds in ashburn and one really nice one in leesburg. Ive also been going out on the Potomac on a buddys bass boat just about every sunday. Ive been having really good luck with soft plastic worms. Mainly ZOOM's. I rig them a couple diferent ways depending on where im pitching them and what kind of presentation im going for.

so, who else out there loves them some big ol bass?

Feel free to post pics of recent or monster catches. Ill start with a few pics from the past couple days.

first cast @ pond in leesburg on friday

first pic is from today in leesburg, second is from last week in ashburn.

ugly stick + roostertail / poppers with spider wire. I usually fish at burke lake, braddock lake, chain bridge, and lake accotink.

some other good bait is raw shrimp or corn.

Usually hit up burke lake, have caught a few small mouths, few decent size walleyes.

Usually using top water minnow lures.

Ive heard good things about ugly sticks. What kind of reel do you use with yours. Im heading up to dicks tomorrow and finally getting my first bait caster along with re-upping my soft plastic colection. What kind of fish are you catching with shrimp and corn?
