This thread is legit. OP, post a DIY when all is said and done. I'd think about going commando though and running no gasket on track days for max compression. I''ve heard the honda guys down in carolina have had great success with this trick of the trade.

tha best thing to do is to bing ur car over 2 whateva ist he best local race shop in ur local area...they no wats is up...... Sometimes dependen on tha ca r tho, they gotta to do it custom built but itaint that escpencive tho
Im tellin u tho, the best optoin out their rite now is the silicone adjustabel type, they preformance shopp dcan do that for u no prob just ask to tlak to their master tech an he will take care of u no prob
