I hate ignorance.
Lady just called in, just blew out the tire of her 2001 Honda CR-V. Says she is towing her vehicle in now for us to look at on Monday and wants to know if she can get a loaner. First, Honda doesn't do loaners... it's a Honda, not a BMW/Porsche/Audi. I tell her that we do have a Toyota Rental Dept, however it's the 4th of July and they are closed.
She is complaining because our commercials say come in and we'll take care of you... she wants us to take a car off our used car lot and give it to her for the weekend. Seriously lady?!?
