Guys , I was driving home and I was on my home street. My car just cut off and went to the start position. I pulled over and checked under the hood. It turns over but doesnt do anything else. All electric works. Its not the starter, it sounds like its tryin to start.


Now my gas light just turned on like 5 miles from home. It shouldnt be that but I am tryin in a few seconds to put 2 gallons in it.

Tried gas. Nothing. Not the battery or Alt. Everything powers up but the engine does not start. Could something got into the intake? I just put a nismo CAI in.

My wife looked it over and she thinks that fuel is not getting to the engine. The car is not throwing any codes though. HELP

Sounds like when I forgot to plug my MAF back in when I put my intake on... Scared me but then I was like ohhh...

Check all connections with the new intake, and check your vac. lines as well...

But srsly, homo jokes aside. Its either the maf or ignition, havent watched your video, but sounds like when a dizzy goes bad, or when a coil pack fucks up (or msd, stupid POS)

 

Check spark. Pull a plug wire, place it on the chassis somewhere under your bonnet and crank the motor, see if it is igniting. Work from there.

is ur sensors back in?
cuz if u got a sensor on ur stock intake and didnt plug it back in
your car will not start

 

you should of let her put the intake in, she would have remembered to plug the MAF back in.
