The whole point of their build is for it to be a budget project. I don't think by any means it is ingenious, but it's serving its purpose which they need it for.

Yeah, it serves its purpose well for a show car. If that car was actually going to be used for anything, that rebar would be twisted like a pretzel as soon as the motor got some throttle.
