White '94-'95 Mustang GT, by VCC mall around 12. Looked like he was trying to race a lifted truck, and didn't do too good... Then at the light by Green Top he wanted to play with me. Must of been mad because he kept going and weaving through traffic to get away... I ended up catching back up to him a couple miles down the road. He revved at me LOL
