ok i got a 00 integra, i want the jdm spoiler, but i think ima get tickets out the ass for no 3rd brake light what should i do?

 

install a 3rd brake light on your jdm spoiler
or suck it up and take the tickets

ha, my third brake light has been hanging in my hatch instead of the rear window for about a year now, no tickets yet. *Knocks on wood*

 

Won't pass VA state inspection without a 3rd brake light.

Its all on what kinda cop you piss off or pissed off the cop is if you'll get a ticket.

 

you will be fine like this, -or- since you're going with the jdm type r wing anyways...you might as well buy a type r hatch, as it comes with the third brake light already in the hatch. problem solved. hmotorsonline.com ...check it out

 

I had this issue and bought an oem thrid brake light from someone, and used suction cups to hold it up in the factory location without having to drill the window.

 

I have the light, it works and everything, it's just not stuck onto the window. I'm not really looking to get a wing, I just haven't fixed it yet.

And it also passed VA state inspection. And I have gotten pulled over while it was not stuck to the window and no cop has noticed.

ive never had a 3rd brake light on my integras. o've never gotten in trouble for it. maybe im just lucky
